Neat and absolutely fantastic place and the breakfast was free of charge and warm. The staff were particularly attentive and assisted us with free parking. Thoroughly enjoyed staying at the deluxe queen room with 2 queen sided beds.

The breakfast was good hot and savoury as expected with a decent assortment to choose from and including eggs. The hotel was in a magnificent location short walk to Waterloo and St Jacobs area, store and restaurants nearby and parks. Besides, a destination bazaar was 3 km away from the property.

The place was wonderful and relaxing, we truly enjoyed it. The staffs were incredibly nice & consistently courteous. King room with a great bed accommodated us perfectly.

The room was brand-new and stylish, had central heating, an iron, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The beds were very clean and the view was pleasant. The location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect, very close to City of Waterloo Museum.

We were upgraded to family room with a nice view of a cornfield on check in. The location was best possible, close to City of Waterloo Museum.

Overall the service was friendly. Loved staying at the king suite. The breakfast was warm and savoury as expected with sausage, yogurt plus waffles.

Overall had really really nice stay for one night at the Best Western Plus in Waterloo. The restaurant was modest for dinner, we ordered fresh dishes. The location was great and best possible, only 5 minutes walk to a Conestoga mall.

Truly enjoyed my good stay for one night at the Best Western Plus in Waterloo. Got a savoury and incredibly nice breakfast included. Got great-sized and nice styled room with decent views and an opening window and a safe box. The location seemed great on the tram line.

The hotel's location was very central, to activities we enjoy.

We were in town for the funeral of a very close friend. The location of the hotel was convenient both to the funeral home, his residence and other amenities such as restaurants and the Conestoga Mall. The hotel was recommended to us by another friend, who had stayed there last year. We liked the room, the bed & the location. We also enjoyed the continental breakfasts. The staff are friendly and helpful. A great place to stay!
